Das sind die "Toys of the Year"
Am Freitagabend vergab die TIA im Rahmen einer feierlichen Gala die begehrten Auszeichnungen zum 16. Mal.
Am Morgen nach der Verleihung konnten die Gewinner der TOTY Awards auch auf der Toy Fair bewundert werden.
Namhafte Laudatoren, Videos, eine Big Band und zu guter letzt auch noch einige Stormtrooper trugen zum Gelingen der Award-Verleihung bei.
Patrick Tonn aus der Redaktion war live im American Museum of Natural History in New York dabei und hat die Sieger aus den 13 Kategorien mitgebracht.
Activity Toy of the year: "Bunchems!" von Spin Master
Boys Toy of the year: "LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Millenium Falcon" von LEGO
E-Connected Toy of the year: "Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition" von Disney
Educational Toy of the year: "VEX Robotics Robotics Arm" von HEXBUG
Game of the year: "Pie Face Game" von Hasbro
Girl Toy of the year: "Shopkins Scoops Icecream Truck" von Moose Toys
Infant/Toddler Toy of the year: "Bright Beats Dance & Move BeatBo" von Fisher-Price
Outdoor Toy of the year: "Razor GFD Fury" von Razor
Property of the year: "Star Wars" von Disney/Lucasfilm
Specialty Toy of the year: "Tumble Tracks Magnetic Marble Run" von Learning Resources
People's Choice: "Uptown Espresso Kitchen" von KidKraft
Preschool Toy of the year & Toy of the year: "Doc McStuffins Pet Vet Checkup Center" von Just Play
